Our first planting took place on Jan. 20, 2010. Since then our garden has been growing in leaps and bounds. We have now transplanted a variety of vegetable and herbs into the Maxicap and Earth Box systems. We were very excited to find that the flowers on several of the bean plants now have “baby” beans on them. Watch out! They’re growing fast!

We are really excited about our garden this year. One of our students was so excited that he asked our intern if he could come to the workshop as well.
